About Leigh Beveridge

Leigh Beveridge is a Melbourne-based doctor, who is a trainee of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. His work in community radio focuses on health, science and current issues, as he hopes to inspire new conversations and novel ideas in the GLBTIQ space. Leigh’s attention in AIDS 2014 is on recent scientific advancements towards cure, the evolving nature of HIV testing and PrEP, and the nature of HIV as a chronic disease. He is as excited about the potential of AIDS2014 to effect change for the community he is a part of as he is intrigued as a scientist and medical professional.
